Hearing Preparation: 

• If you wish to briefly speak at the hearing, please let that be known in your comments (although you should have the opportunity to speak either way).

• If you want the Clerk to “share” photos, maps, other evidence during the hearing, send those items to Tammy Jones with notes indicating what you want “shown” by the Clerk via “Zoom Screen Share” during the hearing.

• If you cannot attend all or some of the Zoom public hearing, Kevin Ruiz (the Clerk) said to get in touch with Tammy Jones to let her know, then send your comments and concerns to Tammy (ASAP) and request that your letter is read aloud on your behalf at the hearing.
