Our Community

We are a community of neighbors peacefully living near nature with homes adjacent to or near the former Sundance Golf Course and Riverside State Park in Nine Mile Falls and NW Spokane, Washington. Our community stretches from Tum Tum to Suncrest to Nine Mile Falls to Seven Mile to Windriver to Westgate to Riverside Village -- all located along Highway 291 (SR 291).
